How quickly does BC-04 react during installation? Time lapse of 5 hours time cut down to 48 seconds. Just imagine the barrier it creates over your paint once properly applied by Professional Modesta installer then IR cured.

Modesta BC-04 combines pure liquid glass technology with advanced nano-grade titanium to deliver exceptional protection and unmatched gloss. The coating enhances paint clarity and reflection, producing a deep, showroom-quality finish.

Its inorganic formula creates an ultra-hard barrier that helps protect against oxidation, UV exposure, environmental contamination, and everyday wear. By sealing the paint from oxygen and harmful elements, BC-04 helps preserve a vehicle’s appearance for years to come.

Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 900°C, BC-04 remains stable and effective even in extreme conditions, delivering long-lasting protection backed by advanced coating technology.

Behind the scenes of Modesta Coating education remains a fundamental cornerstone of our company and legacy. Our installers are trained on far more than just the application process — they are educated on the surface science behind the coatings, understanding not only the “how,” but also the “why.”

This deeper level of knowledge allows every Modesta installer to properly educate the end consumer on how to care for and preserve their investment, rather than relying on temporary hydrophobic sprays that simply mask issues while ultimately degrading the integrity of the protection.

Unfortunately, the surface protection industry is saturated with misinformation and misconceptions. At Modesta, we remain committed to proper education, scientific understanding, and delivering information backed by real-world testing and proven surface science.

Developing a protective coating is no simple task. Our founder and head chemist, Tomo Kashino, has dedicated countless hours to testing, refining, and advancing the development of our inorganic coatings for more than a quarter century. As a member of The Chemical Society of Japan and The Society of Silicon Chemistry Japan, his depth of expertise and technical knowledge is extensive.

At Modesta, we are committed to educating and sharing information the right way. Transparency and education remain core foundations of Modesta and Modesta North America.
