DRIVE SHAFT SET ASSY for N-ONE e: (JG5)

Developed to improve durability, reliability, and smooth power delivery, the CV joint components are precision-polished to a mirror finish to reduce friction and help prevent cracking and galling.

The joints are also filled with high-performance grease selected for its heat resistance and extreme-pressure performance.

Functional engineering developed through motorsport.

DRIVE SHAFT SET ASSY for PRELUDE(BF1)

The driveshaft is the vital link that transfers engine power to the road.
In a front-wheel-drive car, it must transmit high torque while the wheels move through large steering angles. This places enormous stress on the CV joints, especially under racing conditions.

To improve durability and reliability, SPOON precision-polishes the critical CV joint components to a mirror finish. By removing microscopic machining marks and burrs, we reduce friction and eliminate potential starting points for cracks and galling.

The joints are also packed with high-performance grease selected for its heat resistance and extreme-pressure capability, helping them withstand sustained loads and high temperatures on circuit.

This is not a cosmetic treatment.
It is functional engineering developed through motorsport.

The result is a driveshaft that combines strength, reliability, smooth operation, and precise power delivery — qualities that contribute not only to performance, but also to the connected driving feel that defines a well-developed car.
