A.K Kogyo Co Ltd We can help purchase a car or motorcycle from any dealership (American & Japanese) or private seller on island. In search of a specific vehicle?

We also offer special order services! We are an established car financing company that works only with Active duty military and SOFA status members Civilians or contractors on island. Our services allows you to finance a car or motorcycle from 6 months to 24 months and in some special cases 36 months. Our rate is a flat rate of 1% per month.

Documents that you are REQUIRED to bring with you to start the finance process are as following:

BUYER REQUIREMENTS-

-Orders( If 1st vehicle on island)
-Letter of Attorney ( Obtained at Vehicle Registration Office on Camp Foster)
-SOFA license and Picture ID
-Spouse SOFA license and ID
-$25 Title transfer fee ( Must be Cash or Yen only)
-Dealers' Invoice (IF PURCHASING FROM A DEALER)

INDIVIDUAL SELLER REQUIREMENTS-
- Picture ID
- Military Registration and Japanese Title of Vehicle

CONTRACTORS/CIVILIAN
(Buyer requirements)
In addition :
-Two recent Pay stubs
-Letter of Employment

Special Cases:

-30 day waiver stamped by VRO if you have more than one vehicle in your name.
-120 day waiver stamped by VRO if you haven't had the vehicle for more than 120 days.
-Special Power of Attorney if you are selling vehicle for someone else.

* You can also include automobile comprehensive and collision insurance and incorporate it in your loan for monthly payments *


PAYMENTS:
Customers are REQUIRED to have an automatic payment set-up. You are more than welcome to come in and make additional payments with US Dollar cash or a direct deposit to our US Bank Account. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. Location: Across the street from Kadena AFB Gate 1 above Family Mart
