Please note that during the New Year 2025 holidays, Impex Japan Co., Ltd. will be on vacation for the period starting from 27th December, 2025 until the 4th January, 2026.

Orders for new parts will be accepted and processed as usual after January 4, 2026. There will be delays in the delivery of parts in the first half of January, please take this into account when placing orders.

It is not possible to make orders for YAMAHA SnowMobile parts due to long-term holiday in Japan from December 19th 2025 through January 4th, 2026.

Last parcels before the break will be sent on the 26th December. Shipments will resume from the 5th January 2026.

Prices for new genuine parts.

From April 1, 2025, All manufacturers will increase prices for new genuine parts.

Prices for orders made before April 1, but with the date of receipt at our warehouse after this date, will also be changed. It will take some time to update our prices base. Until this update will be finished, prices adjustment will go through the suspension and order confirmation processes.

DHL shipping costs have been reduced to many countries.

As a result of successful cooperation with DHL, we have significantly reduced delivery rates for Japanese spare parts.

DHL offers the GoGreen Plus service. This dedicated solution utilizes Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) — a more sustainable alternative made from recycled waste, used cooking oil and other renewable resources — to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional jet fuel.

The new rates have already been used by most of our customers. Here are some examples of delivery costs to specific countries for specific shipment sizes:

Resume FedEx (economy) delivery.

We are pleased to resume FedEx (economy) delivery from May 24, 2023. Delivery time is 7 — 8 days.

FedEx (economy) takes 2–3 days longer to ship than FedEx (priority) but costs less.

You can find out the available shipping methods and the estimated cost of delivery in our calculator, in the right column of the site. To do this, you must select the size of the intended shipment and the country of the recipient.
