Dear Customers,

September 8th is a special day in Vicenza, traditionally celebrated as the Feast of Our Lady of Monte Berico, the city’s beloved patron saint. It’s a day dedicated to tradition, community, and a little well-deserved time to slow down and enjoy the city. ⛪

👉 Please note: our workshop will be closed for the holiday through September 8th, including Monday, September 7th, and will reopen on September 9th.

However, we will remain available for emergency towing services via Facebook or at 0444/507226.

Dear Customers,

We are grateful! Over the past two weeks, we have been able to return many cars to their owners, and every expression of surprise and every compliment is a true reward for our team’s hard work.

That said, sometimes the team needs a break: the shop will be closed on Monday, June 1st, and Tuesday, June 2nd, for the National Holidays (Festa della Repubblica! 🇮🇹).

Last but not least, a big thank you to our trainee Liam, who brought delicious homemade cookies today for his last day working with us... for now!

Today we said goodbye to Renke, our last German trainee, after five great weeks with the Dalla Massara team 🇩🇪✨

Every year, we have the honor of welcoming trainees from all over Europe. Sometimes they’re here to enjoy a new experience, and sometimes we meet young mechanics with a real passion for this job — like Renke!

👀 Fun fact!

Did you know that, according to recent studies, women’s eyes can see more color shades than men’s? One possible explanation lies in the X chromosome, where the genes responsible for color vision are located. Since women have two X chromosomes, they may have a larger potential for spectrum of vision. 🌈

In our body shop, we work daily with different shades of the same color. That’s why we often take the time to compare different formulas for what might seem like the same paint. In fact, even though every car has a paint code when it leaves the factory, there is no exact science for reproducing the exact same shade when new paintwork is needed. It takes a keen eye for detail — and Valentina definitely has it!

🚗 New in Italy: Digital Accident Report (Constatazione Amichevole Digitale) 🇮🇹

Starting in early April, Italy has introduced a digital version of the “constatazione amichevole” (the friendly accident report used after minor car accidents). This means drivers can now fill out and submit accident reports online—no more paper forms required!

👉 But here’s the key point for our U.S. community in Vicenza:

Most digital reporting systems in Italy require SPID (digital ID) or a CIE (electronic ID card) to access and sign documents. Since many Americans stationed here don’t have these, the digital option may not be available to you.

✅ So what should you do?

Always keep a paper constatazione amichevole form in your car.
In case of an accident, you can still fill it out by hand, just like before.
Take photos of the scene and exchange details with the other driver.
Contact your insurance provider as soon as possible.

💡 Good to know: The digital system is an additional option—not a replacement. The traditional paper form remains fully valid.

Dear Customers,
While we share with you some of our most recent good memories, there is something important we want to communicate.

Our shop will be closed on Monday, the 6th of April, in order to celebrate the "Pasquetta", the day after Easter.

This day is commonly use to organize big barbecues with friends and spend the day in nature... weather permitting! ☀🌦

We will reopen the following day, the 7th of April, but we will always be available for emergency towing here on Facebook or through our number 0444507226.
