Wider, more aggressive, unmistakably rebellious — the 512BB Koenig became one of the most iconic interpretations of Maranello’s flat-12 berlinetta, blending German engineering audacity with pure Italian soul.

This particular example carries the spirit of an era where excess was style, performance had no limits, and every detail was designed to stand apart.

Officine Fioravanti presents, with this Ferrari Testarossa Monospecchio & Monodado, a comprehensive and meticulously crafted handling upgrade package developed specifically for the Testarossa. The package includes newly designed uprights, optimized suspension arms, fully adjustable Öhlins dampers, a high-performance Brembo braking system, and bespoke wheels paired with modern tyres. Power steering was also included to improve the driving experience.

Each component has been developed to deliver a substantial improvement in driving precision, stability, and overall dynamics, while ensuring shorter braking distances and increased safety margins under all driving conditions.

The entire upgrade has been conceived with full respect for the vehicle’s originality: the intervention is completely reversible, and all original parts are carefully preserved and supplied with the car, safeguarding its authenticity and long-term collectible value.

The Ferrari 512 BB is one of the most iconic Berlinetta Boxers ever built—born from Maranello’s racing DNA and defined by its flat-12 engine and timeless lines.

This particular example carries an incredible story, and it is now undergoing a full restoration at Officine Fioravanti.

As part of our work, it will be equipped with our proprietary fuel injection system, carefully hidden within a faithful reproduction of the original carburetors—preserving the authentic look while enhancing performance and reliability.

Further upgrades will include improvements to the cooling, braking, and suspension systems. Every modification is fully reversible and developed in line with our philosophy: to refine, not redefine.
The goal is simple—make the car more enjoyable to drive, without altering its essence. Even the new components will remain visually indistinguishable from the original.

At Officine Fioravanti, innovation meets heritage. Our latest project aims to bring modern precision and reliability to classic carbureted engines — while keeping their soul untouched.

We faithfully recreate the original carburetor bodies, preserving their external appearance, but inside hides a modern electronic fuel injection system. Controlled by advanced ECUs, it perfectly manages fuel delivery under any condition, eliminating all the typical carburation issues — from poor cold starts to altitude sensitivity.

The first application was carried out on a Ferrari 512 BB, with remarkable results: the car became more reliable, efficient, and safe, while retaining its authentic character. Gone are the risks of misfires, unburnt fuel, and even small fires — replaced by clean, consistent performance.

This system also solves a growing problem for vintage car enthusiasts: the scarcity of original carburetors and the decline of skilled tuners. Completely reversible, it preserves the car’s originality while protecting its engine for years to come.

This is not a replacement for history — it’s a way to let it live on, stronger and safer than ever.

Disco Volante Manuale: a deeply respectful yet transformative intervention carried out by Officine Fioravanti on an existing Disco Volante, reimagined to bring its purest spirit to the surface.

In this special year, celebrating 100 years of , Officine Fioravanti is proud to present the new interpretation of a “moving piece of art” — a mechanical and emotional rebirth of an icon that already stood outside time. A project born from the desire to enhance what was already exceptional, intervening only where the connection between car and driver could be made even more intense.

At the heart of this transformation lies the introduction of a manual transmission. Every component has been engineered, adapted and refined to integrate seamlessly into the car’s character. Each gear change becomes a deliberate, physical gesture — a moment of dialogue between hand, metal and instinct. A return to the pure driving experience that defines the soul of the Alfa Romeo 8C, the donor car that was used to produce the Disco Volante.

To support this heightened involvement, Officine Fioravanti has equipped the Disco Volante Manuale with a new carbon-ceramic braking system, significantly enhancing performance, consistency and safety. Modern technology is placed at the service of emotion, ensuring absolute confidence even when the pace intensifies and sensations peak.

All of this lives beneath the sculptural body handcrafted by Carrozzeria Touring — an automotive masterpiece that Officine Fioravanti chose to preserve and respect, completing it without ever altering its elegance or visual purity.
