Action is over in Lonato for the 37th edition of Trofeo Margutti βœ”οΈ

A difficult and unlucky final day of racing for the team, despite the good pace shown on track throughout the weekend.

In Mini GR3, Mirarchi continued to gain valuable experience in his first race with the team, while in OK-N Scognamiglio faced a series of challenging races.

Despite the setbacks, the drivers gave their 100%, and we’re ready to come back stronger next week for the WSK Super Master Series Final Round in Franciacorta

A podium to complete our weekend in Lonato for the 37th edition of Trofeo Andrea Margutti πŸ’™

At the end of the Prefinals round, great performances came in Mini U10 and OKN-J, where Weytjens and Rovelli both secured excellent 3rd places, putting themselves in a strong position for the Finals.

In Mini GR3, Ferguson finished 9th, while Almekdad crossed the line 12th. Ebergenyi faced a more complicated race.

Then, to conclude the day, an outstanding result came once again in Mini U10, where Weytjens delivered a fantastic race to finish 2nd, securing a podium for the team.

In OKN-J, Rovelli fought at the front throughout the race to finish just off the podium in 4th place, while in OK-N Grzywacz secured a strong 4th place, with Laghezza 14th, both climbing through the field to recover several positions.

In Mini GR3, despite the result, Ebergenyi completed an excellent comeback race to finish 16th, gaining 19 positions, while Almekdad finished 14th. Unlucky race for Ferguson since had the pace and the speed to fight for the podium.

The weekend is over, and we’re proud of what we’ve done. We’re also proud to have been recognized as the team that brought the most drivers on track across the different categories.

Now it’s time to head to the WSK Super Master Series Final Round in Franciacorta.

🚦🏁 Quarta tappa Super Master Series a Lonato con risultati positivi e ottimi segnali da tutti i piloti! Nella Mini U10, Torchia si Γ¨ dimostrato ancora tra i migliori con un fine settimana sempre all’attacco nelle prime dieci posizioni, compresa la rimonta in Finale. Cinque i piloti nella Mini Gr.3 tra conferme come Cees Muijs ancora tra i migliori, bravo a recuperare dopo le qualifiche con buone manche tra cui una P2, top five e la partenza dalla seconda fila per la prediale, sfortunato in finale con diversi contatti in partenza. Tra le new entry Zholner subito in top ten e in grande rimonta fino alla finale. Weekend costruttivi per Sheetov, Lutu e Chaverry. In pista anche i piloti OKN-J con tanta esperienza e lavoro utile insieme alla squadra per Gugo, Baghirov e Cataleya. Ringraziamo tutto il nostro staff, , e per il supporto πŸ€œπŸ»πŸ€›πŸ»

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§In Mini U10, Torchia once again proved to be among the best, with an attacking weekend always inside the top ten, including a strong comeback in the Final. Five drivers raced in Mini Gr.3. Cees Muijs confirmed his strong pace, recovering well after qualifying with good heats, including a P2, a top-five result and a start from the second row for the Prefinal. Unfortunately, he was unlucky in the Final after several contacts at the start. Among the new entries, Zholner immediately reached the top ten and made a great comeback to the Final. It was also a constructive weekend for Sheetov, Lutu and Chaverry. Our OKN-J drivers were also on track, gaining a lot of experience and doing useful work together with the team: Gugo, Baghirov and Cataleya. In OK, Lev Krutogolov storms back from an unlucky prefinal to claim a P3 finish in the final, securing a well-deserved podium πŸ”₯πŸ₯‰

In MINI Gr.3, Mik Klinkers finishes inside the top 10 in the prefinal before closing the final just outside the top 10 πŸ’ͺ Filip Stec shows great pace with a top 5 in the prefinal, although a difficult final prevents him from converting it into another strong result πŸ₯Ά

In OKJ, Felipe Sanches delivers two strong recoveries, finishing inside the top 10 in the prefinal and top 15 in the final πŸš€ Jarlath Sayer takes P5 in the prefinal but faces an unlucky final while Jan Gardzielik experiences a difficult prefinal and unfortunately misses the final 🫀

Strong performance from Simone in Mini U10, who finished an excellent 3rd in Prefinal B before closing the weekend with a solid 6th place in the Final, fighting inside the leading group.

In the same category, Woodhall and Falat secured 10th and 11th in their Prefinals, while experiencing more challenging races in Final.

Unlucky weekend for our Colucci in OKN-J, but he is ready to come back even stronger. And we can’t wait to be back on track in Franciacorta in 2 weeks timeπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Weekend in Lonato ends with a solid performance from Ider, who secured P2 in the prefinal and finished sixth in the KZ2 final. Also worth noting are the impressive comebacks from Wolfe and Knopjes, both gaining more than ten positions in the final and showing strong pace. Bertuca was unlucky but managed to recover positions, while Hiltbrand finished fifth in the prefinal.
Sala showed strong pace this morning with a P3 in the prefinal and was clearly fighting for a top-ten spot in the OK Senior final. Improvements for Ivannikov and Cocchianella.
Legenkyi confirmed his top-ten pace throughout the Junior weekend with convincing recovery drives. In Mini, Muijs, Zholner and Torchia were all involved in the final.

Outstanding Sunday In Lonato 🧑

In Mini GR3 we had some remarkable recoveries! Wynn Godschalk finished in P3 in the Final, gaining 28 positions after an unbelievable race craft πŸ”₯ Titz also finished his Final in the Top 10 after climbing up 26 positionsπŸ’ͺ In the Prefinal, it was Rudenko who climbed the standings with a recovery of 13 positions up, while Arthur Pharoah crossed the finish line in P8!

In Mini U10, Zev Godschalk claimed a solid P2 in the Prefinal, but got unlucky in the Final unfortunately - being in the fight for the win until the very last moment before a contact. Bos was in the Top 10 all day, with a P7 and a P5 at the finish line in the Final!
Pharoah, Brown and Ticianelli also had shown their abilities and fought until the last lap.

In OKNJ, it was a tough fight for Neckmouche but he delivered a good performance in the Prefinal, with a revover of 11 places πŸ‘ŠπŸ»
