- Modularità totale, in cui troviamo arredi evolvono nel tempo, si spostano e si riconfigurano al cambiare delle esigenze, accantonando soluzioni fisse

🔵 🇮🇹 Ogni progetto filcar nasce cosi:
Con un file tecnico, delle quote precise e vincoli di spazio del cliente.

Sono quelle esigenze operative reali, che noi traduciamo dopo anni di esperienza in linguaggio ingegneristico su misura

Poi arriva il rendering 3d: i numeri diventano immagini, mentre l'officina prendere forma prima ancora di essere realizzata

Un percorso in cui riusciamo a seguire il cliente, in ogni singola fase, cosi che riesca a vedere con i suoi occhi esattamente ciò che riceverà!

Infine, la produzione. Acciaio, taglio, piegatura, verniciatura,montaggio.
Lavoriamo così per ogni cliente - Dal grande concessionario fino alla piccola officina - il processo è lo stesso cosi come la cura nei dettagli

🔵 🇮🇹 Nel tempo, abbiamo individuato un preciso filo comune che lega tutti i nostri partner

Come noi, seguono la metodologia LEAN come fondamento operativo all'interno delle loro attività:

Seiri - Separare ciò che serve da ciò che non serve
Seiton - Dare a ogni strumento un posto preciso
Seiso - Mantenere pulito
Seiketsu - Standardizzare
Sh*tsuke - Sostenere nel tempo

Applicato all'officina, significa che ogni utensile ha la sua posizione, ogni movimento è pensato, ogni spreco viene eliminato

Questo perchè l'efficienza nei nostri ambienti non è un software.
Ma un modo di pensare lo spazio in cui si lavora ogni singolo giorno.

🔵 🇮🇹 Prima ancora del prodotto, c'è sempre una telefonata.

Mesi fa, un nuovo cliente ci ha contattati. Si trattava di un'officina da 2000 metri quadri con almeno 10 ponti sollevatori ed un problema d'aspirazione che doveva essere assolutamente risolto in qualche modo.

Non sapeva da dove cominciare. E' proprio qui che il nostro lavoro ha avuto inizio, accompagnandolo passo dopo passo nella realizzazione del suo progetto

- Siamo partiti dalla plenimetria
- Abbiamo calcolato i volumi in gioco
- Definito le portate d'aria necessarie
Il tutto perseguendo la massima compatibilità con le vigenti normative!

Soltanto dopo, c'è stato il momento della proposta: Non un mero listino, ma un progetto pianificato in ogni suo aspetto. Con le condotte tracciate sul DWG, i punti di captazione indicati e le specifiche per ogni componente.

Un impianto centralizzato, portatile dove serve flessiblità, scorrevole quando la realtà dell'officina lo richiede.

Nel progettare soluzioni per l'officina di domani, la differenza si è vista quando il cliente ci ha richiamati per ringraziarci e procedere nella sua realizzazione 🙏🏽

🔵 🇬🇧 Even before the product, there is always a phone call.
Months ago, a new client reached out to us. It was a 2,000-square-meter workshop with at least 10 vehicle lifts and an extraction issue that absolutely had to be solved—one way or another.

They didn’t know where to begin. That’s exactly where our work started: guiding them step by step through the development of their project.

- We began with the floor plan
- Calculated the volumes involved
- Defined the required air flow rates
All with the goal of achieving full compliance with current regulations.

Only then did it come time for the proposal: not a simple price list, but a project carefully planned in every detail. With ducting traced on the DWG, extraction points clearly identified, and specifications defined for each individual component.

A centralized system, portable where flexibility is needed, sliding solutions when the real dynamics of the workshop require it.

When designing solutions for the workshop of tomorrow, the real difference became clear when the client called us back—to thank us and move forward with its implementation 🙏🏽

🔵 C'è un momento che in pochi vedono davvero

E' quello in cui un banco da lavoro non esiste ancora. Ma solo un'esigenza da risolvere, uno spazio da ripensare, un'idea che prende forma su un foglio tecnico.

Nel nostro reparto di progettazione a Reggio Emilia, succede sattamente questo: Ogni giorno un team di persone trasforma le necessità reali delle officine, in soluzioni concrete.

Confermando che una progettazione ergonomica della postazione, riduce gli infortuni, accellera i tempi di intervento e migliora la soddisfazione dell'operatore

Epure in molte officine, l'Arredo Tecnico è l'ultimo elemento a cui si pensa
