Quando si parla di Cover, l’originale è uno solo.
Da oltre 50 anni Car Fibreglass progetta e realizza allestimenti per veicoli commerciali.
Da questa esperienza, nel 2017, è nato CoverABS®, il sistema originale di rivestimento termoformato in ABS per i vani di carico, sviluppato in particolare per i trasporti nei settori Food, Pharma e HACCP.

🇬🇧 Hannover, here we come.
From 15 to 20 September, Car Fibreglass will be exhibiting at IAA Transportation 2026 with its brands BRBNI ABS Components and CoverABS.
At Hall 13 – Stand G61, we will officially unveil the new vehicle developed together with Caselani: an original project combining Caselani’s unmistakable neo-retro design with the increased space, functionality and versatility of the BRBNI High Roof conversion.
But it will not be our only reveal.
The show will also provide an exclusive first look at two new projects that, for now, we are keeping under wraps.
Visitors will also be able to discover our latest solutions, new materials and ABS components developed to protect, transform and enhance commercial vehicles.
IAA Transportation will be the opportunity to discover the Caselani project in person and get an exclusive first look at what we are developing for the future. We look forward to welcoming you in Hannover, Hall 13 – Stand G61.

Dal 15 al 20 settembre, Car Fibreglass sarà presente a IAA Transportation 2026 con i brand BRBNI ABS Components e CoverABS.
Alla Hall 13 – Stand G61 presenteremo ufficialmente il nuovo veicolo sviluppato insieme a Caselani: un progetto originale che unisce l’inconfondibile design neo-retro Caselani al maggiore spazio, alla funzionalità e alla versatilità dell’allestimento High Roof BRBNI.
Ma non sarà l’unica novità.
La fiera sarà anche l’occasione per vedere in anteprima due nuovi progetti sui quali, per il momento, non vogliamo svelare nulla.

🇮🇹 Nei veicoli Renault Master, Renault Trucks Master e Nissan Interstar H3, l’apertura posteriore risulta più bassa rispetto all’altezza interna del vano, limitando l’accesso durante le operazioni di carico e scarico.
Da questa esigenza, noi di BRBNI ABS Components abbiamo progettato e sviluppato uno specifico kit rialzo porte che prevede la modifica delle porte posteriori tramite apposite prolunghe in ABS e l’installazione di una nuova centina superiore, aumentando così l’altezza utile dell’apertura.
Il risultato è un accesso più agevole e la possibilità di sfruttare al meglio tutta l’altezza e il volume interno disponibili.
Una soluzione concreta, sviluppata per rendere i veicoli commerciali ancora più funzionali ed efficienti.

🇬🇧On Renault Master, Renault Trucks Master and Nissan Interstar H3 vehicles, the rear opening is lower than the internal height of the cargo area, limiting access during loading and unloading operations.
To meet this need, we at BRBNI ABS Components designed and developed a dedicated rear door extension kit. The solution modifies the rear doors using specific ABS extensions and includes the installation of a new upper crossmember, increasing the usable height of the rear opening.
The result is easier access to the cargo area and the possibility to make full use of all the available internal height and volume.
A practical solution developed to make commercial vehicles even more functional and efficient.

The collaboration between Caselani and BRBNI ABS Components has created an original conversion that combines the unmistakable charm of the Caselani neo-retro vehicle with the increased space and functionality provided by the BRBNI ABS Components High Roof solution.
The result is a distinctive vehicle developed for the main international markets in which both companies operate. An ideal solution for compact food trucks and for conversions where outstanding design must be combined with an unrivalled cargo volume of up to 4.8 m³, opening the way to a wide range of possible applications.
