Our GTO chassis for the Lancia Stratos is a faithful replica of the original, the result of in-depth technical research, the closest to the authentic version available on the market today.

The chassis faithfully replicates the original geometry. This leaves no room for compromise: the Ferrari "Dino" engine is the only compatible unit. Any substitution would require altering the vehicle's chassis, compromising the design that made this model iconic.

The Ferrari "Dino" 2.4L V6 with a narrow 65° angle is a one-of-a-kind engine, both for its technical characteristics and for its sound that could impress even veterans of the rally world.

It was a sonic signature and part of the car's identity just as much as its lines. That sound is something we preserve. Because a true replica doesn't sound different from the original.

Il nostro telaio GTO per Lancia Stratos è una replica fedele all'originale, frutto di uno studio tecnico approfondito, la più vicina all'autentico disponibile oggi sul mercato.

Il telaio replica fedelmente le geometrie originali. Questo non lascia margine a compromessi: il motore Ferrari “Dino” è l'unica unità compatibile. Qualsiasi sostituzione richiederebbe di alterare il telaio del veicolo, compromettendo il design che ha reso questo modello iconico.

Lancia Fulvia 1600 Fanalone Engine Block

The Fulvia “Fanalone” uses the well-known narrow-angle V4 engine, a very distinctive design for its time.
For this engine, we have reproduced an engine block through a complete reverse-engineering process starting from an original component, which was sectioned and analyzed in every single part, with the support of the leading expert on this engine, Roberto Ratto.

The project started with 3D scanning of the original block, dimensional measurement using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), followed by chemical analysis of the materials.
After manufacturing the molds and the core models (no less than 18), the engine blocks were cast and then machined using high-precision CNC equipment, including cylinder boring and honing, and subsequently dimensionally inspected in our metrology room.

After the complete engines were assembled in Roberto Ratto’s workshop, they were tested on the engine dyno, confirming both the performance and the reliability of our engine block.

Monoblocco motore Lancia Fulvia 1600 Fanalone

La Fulvia “Fanalone” utilizza il noto 4 cilindri a V a stretto, un progetto estremamente particolare per l’epoca. Per questo motore abbiamo replicato un monoblocco ottenuto tramite un processo di ricostruzione completo partendo da un componente originale che è stato sezionato e analizzato in ogni sua singola parte, affiancati dal massimo esperto di questo motore, Roberto Ratto.

Il progetto è iniziato con la scansione 3D del blocco originale, un rilievo delle misure tramite macchina di misura tridimensionale (MMC), seguita da analisi chimiche sui materiali. Dopo la realizzazione degli stampi e dei modelli delle anime (ben 18) sono stati fusi i monoblocchi, che sono stati lavorati con macchinari a controllo numerico di alta precisione, compresa la rettifica dei cilindri ed in seguito controllati dimensionalmente nella nostra sala metrologica.

Dopo l’assemblaggio dei motori completi, effettuato nell’officina di Roberto Ratto, sono seguiti i test sul banco prova motori che hanno confermato sia le prestazioni che l’affidabilità del nostro monoblocco.
