Same process, same material family, three very different jobs for the part.

At Motorsport Industry Association MIA CTS 2026, Alex Giugni will walk through three drone programmes supported by CRP Technology and CRP USA:

• Parrot Bebop 2: Windform® GT prototypes used for drop tests and vibration analysis, so the design could iterate before tooling.
• Hexadrone Tundra-M: the same Windform® SP and XT 2.0 parts went from assembly and flight tests to small batches of end-use components.
• Hoverfly: a monolithic Windform® GT fuselage integrating multiple functions, with components that passed MIL-STD-810H environmental testing and completed continuous flights of up to 48 hours.

From one programme to the next, what changes is what the part must prove, and for how long.
