Enzo is involved in engineering since 1990 and during his long experience, he has acquired a wide range of skills, ranging from the design of even complex components (bodywork, plastic parts, molds) to the management of models and prototypes; beside this deep technical know-how, Enzo has also developed coordination and project leadership skills and the ability to manage the work team.

In 2004, together with C. Segretario he founded SM Engineering, then in 2013 with other partners he created Model 5. Today in Model 5 Enzo leads the Engineering area, and with his team he has the task of combining the requests of the style team with the needs of feasibility and industrialization, so that each project can come to a conclusion (either the production or the simple realization of a prototype) while respecting both the selected style concept and the feasibility, time and cost targets.

Maurizio, after 15 years of experience as a bodywork and exterior finishing designer, is involved in Program Management since 2004.

As Project Chief or Program Manager, he has led dozens of projects for clients from all over the world, acquiring a great experience with clients from emerging markets (eg China, India, Russia, Iran...) and working not only in the Automotive area (Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Tractors), but also in the Industrial Design area. In each project he led, Maurizio brought his decisive contribution, in terms of technical competence and negotiating skills.

Since 2019 he has joined the Model 5 team as Program Manager and has become a key figure, able to guarantee our customers the complete management and development of any phase of a project, from the early concept stages to the final product.
