Who are we if we didn’t drop a little Christmas surprise before closing? 🎄✨

We are proud to introduce A09520, the new adjustable support bridge accessory for our YAK pit jack range.

The A09520 is a two-point adjustable support bridge that adapts to various pit widths and it is engineered and developed to address many different workshop needs.

Thanks to its lightweight design and ultra-low profile, the A09520 is easy to position and roll along the pit. It is equipped with self lubricated wheels allowing quick and precise adjustment and a mechanical locking system that ensures stability once the load is positioned.

The two support columns offer a height up to 499 mm. There is also the possibility to combine an optional A09524 extension kit designed to safely support vehicles with high-clearance axles, up to a maximum height of 842 mm from the ground.
Safety is a key priority. This 100% Made in Italy accessory has undergone rigorous load tests in compliance with safety standards (Directive 2006/42/EC). While the declared capacity is 15 t, testing confirmed performance up to 150% above the nominal load ( 22,5 t ), ensuring outstanding reliability and peace of mind.

The A09520 adjustable support bridge is compatible with our entire range of pit jacks (depending on the pit profile).

🔷From the ‘70s to the Future: The Evolution of Cattini Oleopneumatica in Autopromotec

Since the first time in Autopromotec in Bologna, Cattini Oleopneumatica has been a proud attendant to this event. Since the ‘70s, this international stage offered Cattini the opportunity to present its jacks to the world, showing the constant technological evolution and development of high-quality products.
The exhibition was an important benchmark and opportunity to unveil new features and improvements. Over the years, the repair sector has adapted to the needs and configurations of the vehicles to repair.

The first Cattini jack prototype was presented in the late ‘70s and became the company symbol.
1983: there was a big range expansion developing new workshop pit jacks, too.
A little curiosity: the colour of the first Cattini jacks was yellow. At Autopromotec 1983 they were presented in red.

🇪🇺1995: marked a turning point with the introduction of the first CE Standard establishing a new safety and quality regulations for European manufacturers. Cattini Oleopneumatica met this challenge with the launch of the Mini YAK 300, a compact and high-performance model. The years following the introduction of the CE marking saw the transition to a new generation of jacks: the company continued to refine its products, reducing noise and air consumption, improving efficiency and ensuring superior performance.

Autopromotec exhibition witnessed this constant evolution.
1997: the first YAK 215, YAK 217, and YAK 221 in N versions, and the new YAK 415/N, were presented at the event. The latter was developed from the need for a jack with a longer stroke and lower height, for the new trucks produced during that period. Two years later, a new version of the YAK CANGURO and the portable jacks YAK 215, YAK 217, and YAK 221 in P versions were presented.

The beginning of the new millennium saw the introduction in 2003 of the suspended pit jacks and the YAK 415/P and during 2007 the wheeled pit jack models YAK 2810 and YAK 2815.

In 2009 the company focus expanded to the agricultural sector with the development of the YAK 135 and YAK 330.

2011: the MAMMUT range was presented and further expanded the possibilities.
Since the 2013 Autopromotec edition, the YAK 214 model (P and N versions) stands out as the smallest jack in the world thanks to the weight/lifting capacity ratio: weighting only 15 kg and being able to lift up to 20 t !

Over the years, innovation continued to characterize Cattini products with the YAK 1123 models, suitable for cars and vans, and the YAK 108, one of the first trolley jacks (together with the YAK 109), presented in 2015.

2019 marked an important edition with the redesign of the YAK 215 model.
In the same edition of Autopromotec the MAMMUT ATLAS was also promoted, following its first presentation at Bauma in April of the same year.

In 2022, Autopromotec welcomed the new M200, our highest-capacity MAMMUT jack at 200 t, the result of years of research and development. The previous edition was a success that confirmed Cattini Oleopneumatica's leadership in the sector.

🔧From May 21st to 24th, we will attend Autopromotec in Bologna, one of the most important international events for the automotive equipment and after-sales sector.
This year, Autopromotec showcases the latest innovations bringing together professionals and companies to discover cutting-edge solutions and develop their products.

Autopromotec was born in 1965 in Rome. During that period, it was known as SARP – Exhibition of Tyre Retreading Equipment, meant to give visibility to the technological developments experienced by the retreading sector in those years.

A new phase begins in 1973, and SARP is partnered with SIAC - International Exhibition of Equipment, Car repair garages and Car body shops, join together to become Autopromotec in 1991.

In 2005, Autopromotec includes new product sectors such as spare parts, components and car service to embrace the whole automotive aftermarket.

“The exclusive approach adopted by Autopromotec makes the show a showcase of cutting edge technologies, innovations, new products and market opportunities which are a benchmark for the sector. This 2025 edition is announced to be another extraordinary event.

From our first steps to the latest innovations: Our Story at Bauma🎗️

Since 2010, we've been a proud participant in the Bauma exhibition in Munich.
This event has consistently inspired our product development, particularly in lifting equipment for heavy vehicle maintenance.
At Bauma 2010, we unveiled our MAMMUT line of jacks, engineered between 2008 and 2009.
Sharing the stage with industry giants like Komatsu, Liebherr, and Caterpillar provided the perfect launchpad for our heavy equipment jacks.

Bauma 2013 showcased significant product enhancements, leading to a substantial sales increase and industry recognition for the quality and reliability of our MAMMUT jacks.

Bauma 2019 marked another milestone with the unveiling of the M100/72 ATLAS prototype. It represented a significant step forward for our company, especially from a technological point of view. It is our revolutionary jack that allows performing the maintenance of the lifted vehicle in complete safety, without the use of jack stands or support blocks. This innovation significantly boosted our global market share.

In later years, 2020 and 2021, following numerous requests from customers and new needs in the heavy equipment and industrial markets, we developed the M200, our highest-capacity MAMMUT jack at 200 t.

Bauma 2025 will be our sixth edition that we attend and we look forward to show you our latest innovations.

From April 7 to 13, we will attend Bauma in Munich, at the Neue Messe München exhibition area.

This is the world’s leading exhibition for the building and mining sectors, featuring construction machinery, building material machines, mining extraction equipment, construction vehicles, and construction equipment.

The first exhibition took place in 1954 as part of the “Baumusterschau” and was then known as the spring show for construction machinery.
It hosted 58 exhibitors and around 8,000 visitors mainly from Germany .
Two years later, the exhibition space had already doubled and the name “Bauma” was introduced.
In 1958 the first international exhibitors took part in Bauma.
In 1969 Bauma was organized under the leadership of Messe München.

🌐To date there is a whole network of Bauma exhibitions including: Bauma Munich, Bauma China, Bauma CONEXPO INDIA and M&T Expo.

The last edition of Bauma Munich 2022 with its total area of 614,000 sqm, hosted approximately 3,200 exhibitors from 60 countries and more than 495,000 visitors from 200 nations.
In terms of exhibition area, Bauma became both the largest trade fair in the sector and in the world.

Key topics of 2025 edition announced by Bauma are:
