🇮🇹Buon sabato a tutti, oggi abbiamo lavorato su una Alfa gt... abbiamo risolto il problema che girava a 3 pistoni, diagnosticato un battito nel vano motore e flussato e fasato i carburatori e il rapporto aria carburante.

🇬🇧Hello there, today we have worked on an Alfa Gt..
We have fixed the engine that was running on 3 cylinders,diagnosed a knock in the engine bay, adjusted and flow matched the carburettors while checking the AFR.

Eccoci, vi siamo mancati?
Oggi un altro aggiornamento dei lavori su Puffetta.
Abbiamo sostituito il galleggiante della benzina, progettato un adattatore per la strumentazione aggiuntiva che segnalerà il livello del carburante, il tutto nascosto dentro il posacenere per non rovinare l'estetica della vettura.

We have replaced the fuel level sender, designed an adaptor to fit the fuel gauge, hidden inside the ashtray to avoid ruin the classic appearance of the car.

🇮🇹 Bentornati anche oggi, questo sarà l'ultimo aggiornamento del restauro di Puffetta per un pò.
In questo episodio abbiamo installato l’accensione elettronica andando così a rimuovere le puntine e il condensatore per avere maggiore affidabilità, il regolatore di tensione è stato modificato per poter fornire elettricità in modo più stabile.
Per aggiungere più sicurezza al veicolo, abbiamo installato un maxi fusibile direttamente sulla batteria.
Per finire abbiamo aggiunto la mascotte Puffetta a Puffetta 🙂🙃🙂 e siamo andati a provare l’auto.
La foto della consegna della 500 non poteva mancare.🤩🤩

🇬🇧 Welcome back, this will be the last update of Puffetta for a while.
In this episode we have installed the electronic ignition that will replace the point and capacitor for improve the reliability.
We have modified and adjusted the voltage regulator to suit the electronic ignition.
We have improved the safety of the vehicle by adding a maxi fuse to the positive of the battery.
As last job we have added the mascotte "Puffetta" to "Puffetta" 🙂🙃🙂 and we went for test drive.
The final pictures with the customer are a mandatory.🤩🤩

🇮🇹 Buona domenica a tutti!
In questo episodio abbiamo aspirato la macchina e installato il porta bauletto posteriore.
Successivamente abbiamo eseguito una temporanea convergenza delle ruote in attesa di trovare un gommista in grado di eseguirla con il laser. Sembrerà strano ma è veramente difficile trovare qualcuno che ti faccia la convergenza alla 500 qui.
Come ultimo lavoro della giornata abbiamo regolato l'altezza dei fanali.

In this episode we have vacuumed and clean the vehicle, installed the rear boot luggage carrier.
Afterwards we have performed a temporary wheel alignment while we search for a tyre shop that is able to perform one with the laser.
It might seems strange but it' s very hard to found somebody locally able to to alignment on a old 500.
As last job of the day we have adjusted the headlights.

🇮🇹 Bentornati, anche questa domenica altre foto del nostro restauro.
In questo aggiornamento abbiamo montato il gruppo motore/cambio su Puffetta e fatto tutti i collegamenti necessari, in più abbiamo testato che tutti i collegamenti elettrici funzionassero a dovere. Infine abbiamo dovuto modificare la staffa della batteria per far si che non andasse a toccare il polo positivo e installato il riparo sotto-motore.

🇬🇧 Welcome back, this sunday again more pictures of our restoration.
In this update, we have installed the engine/gearbox on Puffetta and connected all the wiring and cables needed. We have also tested lights and the electrical features.
Last job of the day, we have modified the braket that secure the battery in place to avoid touching the positive of the battery and installed the tray underneath.

🇮🇹 Eccoci ancora insieme con un altro aggiornamento!
In questo episodio abbiamo revisionato la dinamo, l'abbiamo messa in fase con il ventolone del reffreddamento, abbiamo sistemato e revisionato il carburatore. Infine abbiamo assemblato la marmitta e sostituito le boccole del supporto motore e a fine giornata la prima messa in moto.

In this episode we have rebuilt the dinamo, we have assembled it with the cooling fan.
We also have fixed some issue and rebuild the carburetor. As the end of the day we have assembled the exhaust and replaced the bushes of the engine mount and for finish the day we have performed the first start of the engine.

🇮🇹 Come sempre bentornati sulla nostra pagina.
I lavori su puffetta procedono bene. In questo aggiornamento abbiamo installato la coppa dell'olio in alluminio, montato le cannette, modificato le bacchette, assemblato il motore, ricostruito e riassemblato il sistema carter di raffreddamento. Successivamente abbiamo revisionato lo spinterogeno, il motorino di avviamento e montato e modificato la staffa di sostegno. Per finire abbiamo levigato i collettori di scarico.

🇬🇧 Welcome back as usual to our page.
The work on Puffetta keep going foreward.
In this update we have installed the alloy sump, installed the oil return pipes, modified the pushrod, assembled the engine, fixed and bolted togehter the cooling system with flap of the engine. We also have rebuild the distributor, the starter motor and modified and fit the reinforcement bracket on top of the gearbox. To finish we have removed the roughness from the exhaust manifold to improve the flow.

🇮🇹 Ciao a tutti, in questo episodio siamo andati avanti con i lavori riparando tutti i filetti del monoblocco che erano danneggiati, sostituendo i prigionieri rovinati. In seguito abbiamo installato la testata che è stata lavorata rimuovendo materiale per aumentare il rapporto di compressione.
Dopo aver controllato la tolleranza delle valvole sui pistoni, abbiamo fasato l'albero a camme.
Jessica nel frattempo ha installato gli adesivi e accessori originali dell'epoca su Puffetta.
Per finire abbiamo ricostruito il motorino di avviamento.

🇬🇧 Hello everyone, in this episode, the work keep flows, we have repaired all the thread of the engine block that were stripped, replaced also the stud damaged, we have fitted the head (previously machined to raise the compression ratio).
After have checked the clereance between pistons and valve, we have degree the camshaft.
Meanwhile Jessica have installed all the original stickers and accessories to Puffetta.
To finish we have rebuild the starter motor.

🇮🇹 Eccoci nuovamente con un altro aggiornamento.
In questo episodio siamo andati avanti nell’assemblaggio del motore e abbiamo finito di assemblare la prima portiera.
Per i pistoni abbiamo deciso di usare quelli con il tassello per aumentare il rapporto di compressione e dare più brio alla vettura.
