Har ki Dun Trek is a must-do for nature lovers, adventure enthusiasts, and those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst the lap of nature.

Itinerary ::

Day 1: Ahmedabad to Dehradun ( Flight )

Day 2 : Dehradun to Sankri

Day 3 : Sankri to Taluka by road (12 km), Taluka to Pauni Garaat ( 9 km Trek )

Day 4 : Pauni Garaat to Kalkattiyadhaar (8km Trek)

Day 5: Kalkattiyadhaar to Har ki dun and back to Kalkattiyadhaar (14 km trek)

Day 6: Kalkattiyadhaar to Pauni Garaat (7 km trek)

Day 7: Pauni Garaat to Sankri

Day 8 : Sankri to Dehradun

Day 9 : Dehradun Sightseeing

Day 10 : Dehradun to Ahmedabad ( Flight )

The Gaumukh Tapovan trek is a popular trekking route in Uttarakhand, India that takes you to the source of the holy river Ganga (Gaumukh) and to the high altitude meadow of Tapovan.

Difficulty : The trek is considered moderate to difficult and requires physical fitness and prior trekking experience.

Highlights : The trek offers stunning views of snow-clad Himalayan peaks such as Bhagirathi, Shivling, Meru, and Gangotri. You will also come across several streams, waterfalls, and glaciers. The trek is also popular among pilgrims who visit the Gangotri temple.

Dates : -
May : 16th & 25th
June : 6th , 16th & 22nd

Itinerary ::

Day 1 - Ahmedabad to Dehradun ( Flight )

Day 2 - Pick up from Dehradun and drive to Dharali 10hrs near Gangotri.

Day 3 - Dharali to Gangotri drive 1 hr.and then trek to Bhojvasa 6-7 Hours ( Moderate )

Day 4 - Bhojvasa to tapovan via gaumukh 5-6 hrs trek(difficult)

Day 5 - Tapovan to Cheervasa trek 5-6 Hours ( Moderate )

DAY 6 - Cheervasa to Gangotri (3 - 4 Hours) and then drive back to Dehradun.

Day 7 - Dehradun Sightseeing

Day 8 - Dehradun to Ahmedabad ( Flight )

Gaumukh Tapovan trek is a challenging and rewarding trek that offers breathtaking natural beauty and a glimpse into the spiritual and cultural history of the region.
