Your tyres say how well you corner.

Cornering is the key to fast lap times. Knowing just how far you can lean the bike and open the throttle is important.

This ZX6R wasn’t cornering right.

Raj had to wait for the bike to settle before opening the throttle.

We dialled the rear suspension the right way before his next track day.

Brake callipers came off during a ride on this Ninja 1000.

This Ninja 1000 arrived with its brake calliper completely detached, hanging only by the HEL brake line.
No bolts broke. The failure was entirely due to poorly engineered custom spacers that shifted under braking loads.

We 3D-printed a prototype for a perfect fit, then machined a precise engineered replacement made out of aluminium and secured with Pro-Bolt titanium studs.

Dropping the engine is the only right way to do a major service on a KTM 390 Adventure. 🔧

At ₹9000 labor, we don’t just do routine valve clearances.

We pull the motor to swap the notorious water pump seals and a the thermostat.

These minors swaps are easy to carry out when the engine is out of the bike for preventive maintenance.

Barely any dive, no matter how hard you brake!

Standard telescopic forks force a single component to handle both steering and heavy braking forces.
BMW solved this on the GS by splitting it using a unique wishbone and A-arm setup.

It is an incredibly complex system that requires highly specialized expertise and rare components to rebuild.

Riding in the rain is a vibe, but letting your bike soak in it isn’t!

Five tips to keep your motorcycle in top shape during the monsoon season:

Cover It Up: While motorcycles are designed to be waterproof for rides, letting them soak in the rain while parked is not good for them long-term. Use covered parking or a dry bike cover to protect it.

Check the Drain Hole: Ensure your fuel tank’s water drain hole isn’t clogged so water doesn’t seep into your fuel.

Inspect Your Tires: Make sure your tire tread depth is sufficient to move water away from the road. If the tread is near the wear indicator, replace your tires immediately.

Be Visible: Check that your tail lights and indicators are working properly so drivers can see you clearly in poor visibility.

Wash & L**e: After a rainy ride, get your bike washed to clear away crud, dry it off, and clean and l**e the chain to prevent corrosion.

Correct fuel pressure is essential for a clean revving motor!

a weak fuel pump can be a hidden cause behind many issues. It stays hidden because the bike can fire up and run perfectly fine even on a dying pump.

If you are facing issues with power delivery or rough idling, this can be the issue behind all your worries.
