Honda CBR 150.
Another rejuvenation project of a pre owned bike.
The boy was casted off for a long time. It was in an immense need of a revival. Basic maintenance and services was done after a thorough examination. Most of the electrical components and sensors had become non responsive. Wireings were re established. Engine and other parts were revived and cleaned in depth. Engine oil was replenished with motul synthetic.

On the 12th of November 2021our proprietor Neil Mukherjee got the opportunity to represent 97CustomMotorworks at the BS-VI Awareness Program 2021 organised by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited.
There were some ingenious and constructive discussions about the different aspects of BS-VI vehicles.The pioneering business and workshop owners had the chance to learn about the business prospects of the upcoming BS-VI models.
The advancements made in the BS-VI models have a wide range of advantages over the previous generation of vehicles.We were greatly influenced by the insightful knowledge gained through different sessions of the program. It is definitely going to shape our approach in the coming future.

Pulsar NS 200.
Basic maintenance, oiling, greasing, clutch and acceleration cables changed, engine oil changed with motul, brake calipers cleaned, electric wirings fixed, chain maintenance, steering kit maintenance, polishing and washing.
The bike was in a much need of some replacements and maintenance of specially the electronic components. Some faulty wires were making life difficult for it.

Hero CD Deluxe.
Full servicing, oiling, greasing, clutch and acceleration cables changed, engine oil changed powered by castrol, bearings changed, electric wirings, headlight, tail light, indicators fixed, chain maintenance, break cleaning, steering kit changed, polishing and washing.

Hero duet.
Basic maintenance, oiling, greasing, clutch and acceleration cables changed, engine and gear oil changed with castrol, bearings changed, headlight, tail light, indicators fixed, chain maintenance, break cleaning, steering kit fixed, polishing and washing.
The oldie hadn't got serviced for a long time. He was feeling very lethargic and the acceleration was sluggish. The bearings were completely worn out and the steering kit needed some attention. The wheel alignment was also rectified.
There was a certain boost of energy in the whole system when we added the Castrol active engine oil. Our oldie felt like he was back in his teens again.

Honda Shine SP.
Basic maintenance, oiling, greasing of rusted parts, acceleration and brake cables changed, brake pads changed, engine oil replaced by motul, bearings changed, damaged wirings rectified, tail light, indicators fixed, polishing and washing.

Honda Dio.
Basic maintenance done, washing, polishing, damaged wirings replaced, engine oil replaced with motul, gear oil replaced with servo, break pad changed, break cable changed, acceleration cable changed, greasing and oiling of rusted parts and joints.
There were some issues with the efficiency so the air-fuel ratio was tuned.
We also gave her a good wash followed by a great polish. Some additional touchups were done with the best cosmetics available at our shop.She was all ready to flaunt and parade her elegance during the pujas.

Honda Aviator.
Basic maintenance, oiling, greasing, clutch and acceleration cables changed, engine oil changed powered by motul, bearings changed, electric work done, headlight, tail light, indicators fixed, chain maintenance, break cleaning, key set changed, steering kit fixed, polishing and washing.
Body panels were distorted and some were damaged. Engine oil was almost dry so the performance was very poor. Altogether she was on the verge of collapse and the owner was pretty convinced about getting rid of her. This we couldn't let happen on our watch. We gave her a good wash and fixed all the damaged panels. The engine and the geer oil was recharged.
The broken heart need a little love to get fixed and now she was ready to run as smooth as a BS6.

Hero CD Deluxe.
Full servicing, oiling, greasing, clutch and acceleration cables changed, engine oil changed powered by castrol, bearings changed, electric work done, headlight, tail light, indicators fixed, chain maintenance, break cleaning, steering kit changed, polishing and washing.
The bike had met with an accident. The steering kit was fairly damaged due to the collision. To our surprise the owner continued to ride it for days after the accident. This further damaged other systems which could have been avoided.
We did our best but the steering kit had to be replaced as there was no other option left. There were some other bends and twists that were taken care of. One could imagine the pain the bike had to go through after the accident.
Our bikes may not have words of their own but they do know how to converse. We should have some empathy to understand their feelings.
