VW POLO 1.5 TDI
In this post you get to see our cat-delete downpipe for a diesel Polo in SS304.

As the name suggests, a 'Cat-delete' downpipe essentially just eliminates the catalytic convertor which results in high exhaust gas flow, thus resulting in improved performance.

As diesel cars do not sound as harmonious as the petrol cars, customers usually get only a cat-delete downpipe for their diesel cars, as that is the least requirement for a stage 2 tune.

In this post you can see that we worked on another Mercedes Benz. This car is a 1970 W108 280 SE.
The exhaust on this car was mis-aligned, rusted and was choking the performance of the car.

By the time we got done working on this beauty, she was sounding and performing as good as she did originally.

We, work meticulously to ensure that our exhaust fits, sounds and performs as good as and at a fraction of the price of the original exhaust!

This Particular model is a 1980 Mercedes Benz W114. The car came to us with a rusted exhaust leaking from multiple joints. Leaking exhausts result in loss of power, reduced mileage and unpleasantly loud.

We managed to successfully rebuild an entirely new exhaust which restored the sweet sound, performance and mileage of the car.

Just to give everybody an insight on the type of welding we use use here

We make use of a MIG welder to achieve high quality strong welds which perform better than other options like Arc welding and Gas welding!

SS 304 Header piping for this TIMELESS BEAUTY! The Honda CB750K is a 735cc SOHC in-line four cylinder superbike manufactured between 1960-1980.
Our customer came in with original headers pipes getting all rusty and needed a permanent solution!
