Yesterday, family and friends gathered in Espoo, Finland to lay to rest our friend, colleague, and Board member, Mr. Jukka Kallio.
Jukka had been on our Board for over 15 years — but to us (and me), he was first and foremost a dear friend. In every interaction, he brought a rare blend of meticulousness, clarity and a visionary’s instinct, true to his career arc from being a lawyer to an angel investor.
The Tooltech team and I send our warmest condolences to his family, and stand with them in their grief. We fondly remember his last visit to our Pune office in November 2019 — his energy and enthusiasm, whether in meetings or dancing at our gala dinner — continue to stay with us.
Rest in peace, Jukka.
