Today, we proudly celebrate Mr. Abhishek Pawar for completing 2 incredible years at Lway Technogies Pvt Ltd – a milestone that holds immense meaning for our entire team!
Abhishek began his journey with Lway alongside our founder, Lalit Gangurde, a dream slowly taking shape into reality. He was among the very first people to believe in our vision.
From those humble beginnings to now, his journey has been nothing short of inspiration.
Over the past two years, Abhishek has been at the heart of our growth, serving as the Head of our Team—leading with passion, integrity, and an unshakable sense of responsibility. He has been the crucial bridge between management and team members, mentoring new employees, managing operations, and supporting every department selflessly.
No matter the task—familiar or foreign—Abhishek never backed down. His “never say no” attitude, quick thinking, and eagerness to take initiative have become a cornerstone of our culture.
He leads by example, treating the company not just as a workplace but as his own mission. And that’s exactly what sets him apart.
