The idea for undertaking proposed WOOD CARVING AND WOODEN LATHE WORKS Manufacture venture was conceived after undergoing into the details of the market potential and its growing demand in the Domestic market, the entrepreneur intends to give a new dimension to its proposed venture with modern facilities available at present in the valley and to bring the product cost effective,marketable,therefore,the proposed products would be taken over by the modern technology to increase the production quantitatively as well as qualititatively with minimum processing losses. On the other hand, for the production of the proposed item, he will be assisted by trained technical/managerial and skilled work force to be recruited to give the quality produce. He also believes in strong teams by selecting talented people, providing coaching and feed back, empowerment/growth assignments, learning and self development. Owing to the above facts, his venture in to the above said field is justified and hence recommended. Finding that the demand for WOOD CARVING AND WOODEN LATHE WORKS is increasing at a faster rate and their exists few such unit in the state, therefore, the promoter has found tremendous potential on concentrating on the proposed activity.

AS PER NAJAR:-

A hen can Supply the necessary heat for an egg to be hatched, but the chick has to come out on its own will. Only if the chick has the necessary will, vigour and motivation will it comeout.No hen can supply these qualities. This inbuilt motivation is the most characteristic attribute (and natural too) of a living creature. It is the root cause by which this entire world functions. Only people who have this motivation, interest and ‘eagerness to acheive’ make this world a better place. If we can realize this ‘inbuilt strength’ which is naturally present in us (a gift from nature), our victory is guaranteed. We will win every challenge; every battle. This winning strategy has been adopted in the various developed countries. India needs this strategy now.Indian; especially the younger generation have to realize their inbuilt potential, this can be achieved by self motivation.

To achieve anything in life the first important step is to have self-confident, self-respect and self-esteem. A person must be able to answer in the affirmative when asked the following questions.

1-Do you like yourself?

2-Can you tolerate yourself?

3-Do you love yourself?

4-Do you dress well? Can you eat in style?

5-Does your name feature in the list of your most respected or admired people? If so, where does it come: in the first place or at the last? Only when your own name features in the list of our admired/respected individuals will we be able to get respect and admiration from others. First we must be capable of being loved by ourselves, only then can we expect love from others. On self-evaluation we must be able to sate a high value of our personality, talents, virtues or nature.Self-assessement must yield a good value of ourselves. A person who has self-respect and self-esteem never faces defeat/failure. If we don’t have these qualities we must cultivate them. We must prepare ourselves for a radical change. Where there is a will there is a way. “Will” alone determines whether one succeeds or fails. Life or death? Admiration or insults? Victory or defeat? All these are in our own hands. One should raise oneself through the self and never lower oneself; for the self alone is one’s friend and the self alone is one’s enemy. Here let me narrate a small story to stress the above point. A small boy who wanted to demean a wise saint caught a small butterfly. He kept it in his palm and hid his hand in his pant pocket. He went to the wise saint (whom he could not tolerate) and asked, “O wise saint! People from all walks of life admire your wisdom. Can you use your wisdom and tell me whether the insect in my pant pocket is dead or still alive?”
If the saint said ‘dead’ he wanted to release the butterfly alive and prove him wrong; on the other hand, if the saint said that it was ‘alive’ he wanted to crush and kill the insect and again prove the saint wrong. Either way he wanted to make to saint look a liar and cut a sorry figure. The wise saint was too smart and simply said, “it is in your hands.”
Our life is also like the life of that butterfly. It is in our hands. Every decision which determines our victory or defeat is in our own hands, our own will. If there is a will, there is a way! Some people were enjoying the scenic site near a pond. There were numerous lotus flowers in full bloom on the surface of the pond which every body appreciated. A wise man was in deep thought. He was thinking about the length of the lotus. Will it be two feet? Or four feet? How much will it be? Then suddenly it struck him. A Lotus by itself has no length or height. The depth of Water is the height of a lotus. A smile like the full bloom of a Lotus appeared on his face. If the level of water in the pond is two feet, the lotus stands above it. If the water level increases to 20 feet, the lotus stands above it. The concept of peak remains the same but its interpretation changes according to the field. Whatever may be the field one should always aim for the peak. If a person has the motivation to reach the peak in his chosen field he is bound to reach it. We know that as the water level rises, the lotus also goes up (in a water body).What can raise us? Thoughts! Only when our thoughts are raised, can we attain a higher level. The level of water determines the level of the lotus.Similarly, in our life only the level of thoughts determines our position. A person with high, refined, good and sensible thoughts will achieve a high status in life and a person with low thoughts (cheap, evil) will never attain anything in life and will be at the lowest strata. The height of the Lotus in a pond is determined by the depth of the water in the pond.Similarly, your ‘Thoughts’ determine your position in society. If you have high, refined thoughts, with a high degree of clarity, nothing can stop you from achieving what you want. Regards
