The foundation of the company's growth over the last 44 years is a result of a deep understanding of market requirements, customer needs and the ability to translate them into customer-desired offerings through solution based personalised service. They are supported by a team of qualified engineers who are trained by the principals, Tata Motors Ltd., backed up by a state of the art workshop with the latest equipment as well as specialised and diagnostic tools and a reputation for strong customer loyalty that was established over the years. In July 2009, a service brand was registered under the trademark “Autodrome”
automobiles and beyond. The vision was to do provide an ‘one stop shop’ for sales and services of technology driven products and to develop on their valuable experience while extending these learnings to provide services in various sectors associated with automobiles. Important milestones
With a view to diversify, bring structure and professionalism to their service brand the Company associated with Tata Motors as an Authorised Service Centre on 01 Dec 98. To expand the service foot print, M/s Richard Garage concluded a strategic alliance with Concorde Motors India Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Tata Motors and a selling arm of Tata Motors, as business partner on 01 Jul 2012. In line with this alliance, the workshop s now known as “ Richard Garage in Association with Concorde Motors”
Knowledge shared with Concorde Motors and integration of their systems and processes have added immense value to the customer’s service experience of the Company. Award of Trophy by Tata Motors for the ‘Vehicle Inflow Performance’, YOY (Year On
Year) Growth 2010-2011 for the best team work. Participated in the SAARC Car Rally in 2007 conducted by the Government of India
and by the CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) on behalf of Tata Motors. The
rally drove across six countries namely Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Maldives and across ten states of India namely West Bengal, Assam, Uttar Pradesh,
Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Mumbai
covering over 9,300kms. Organised the ‘More Miles Per Car Rally’ on behalf of Tata Motors for Tata customers
