out infringement of existing design patents is the requirement of the day. Design of Switched reluctance motor (SRM) motor with controller, planetary gearbox with controllers is hi-tech, low cost and suitable for the modern population. Students may take this idea forward and do a detailed engineering design suitable for automotive or come up with any other idea with mechanical, electrical equipment design and their controllers.
