Before these developments occurred, the Aher Group provided their services under the name and working style of Shivam Auto Care. They were associated with Maruti Suzuki India Limited via their Maruti Authorised Service Station (MASS). The organisation made sure that their team gave emphasis to the principles of customer centricity. In 2016, MASS was awarded for completing 25 successful years with the Maruti Suzuki Group. Additionally, the organisation ventured into the 2-wheeler authorised dealership business by affiliating with the Hero MotorCorp Limited (previously called Hero Honda) in the year 2002. The alliance with the Hero Group was successful and had helped them in building a strong clientele along with expanding operations in accordance with the vision of the organisation.
