Life is tricky. When we are on the cusp of adulthood, it seems like a long clueless journey. We are aimless, mindless and delusional that everything we have felt or done in our teens, is what life will always gonna be about. Our conscience is still taking baby steps. And we are under the impression that we have more than plenty of time to ourselves. And that’s a paradox. When life’s empty, it seems long enough. But once we start discovering ourselves, we realize how much less time we all are born with. We finally start to dream, visualize and expand our life. And by that time, we become fully assured of the fact that life is too short to do everything we love.
Hence it is our responsibility to make sure we live a quality life. A life full of choices and opportunities. And be able to live all that, we need to have a life with good health. A life free from as many health problems as possible. A fit body, and a fresh mind.
