Empowering Mechanics begins with sharing knowledge, building skills, and staying ahead of the curve.
As part of our ongoing initiative to empower Mechanics through knowledge and exposure, we recently welcomed Mechanics from Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and Punjab to our Bawal plant.
The day began with a warm welcome by Mr. Rahul Yadav, GM – HR & Admin, followed by engaging sessions on NGK Spark Plug Technology aligned with BS6 technology and E20 fuel, NTK Oxygen Sensors, and NTK’s clutch family range.
An important highlight was showcasing how Niterra thinks ahead. Recognizing the shift towards E20 petrol, we had E20-compatible spark plugs ready even before E20 fuel became the norm. It reflects our commitment to technological foresight, continuous innovation, and a customer-first approach - anticipating evolving needs rather than simply reacting to them.
The Mechanics also got a first-hand look at our manufacturing capabilities through a guided tour of NGK Spark Plug manufacturing, NTK Oxygen Sensor production, and warehouse operations.
The visit concluded on a note of appreciation, with training certificates presented to all participating Mechanics by Mr. Daijiro Kanazawa, Managing Director, Niterra India. Mr. Yogendra Kumar, Deputy General Manager – Sales & Marketing, shared return gifts and a heartfelt note of thanks, recognizing our Mechanic partners and their vital role in keeping India moving.
