We are proud to share that the International Automobile Centre of Excellence has signed a strategic MoU with the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗨) during the 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Chandigarh University .

This collaboration aims to strengthen the connection between universities and industry by promoting skill development, innovation, industry exposure, employability, and future-ready workforce development.

A key highlight of the summit was the panel discussion on “What Industry Expects from Universities in Viksit Bharat 2047”, where Mr. E. Rajiv, Executive Director, iACE, shared insights on aligning higher education with evolving industry needs and emerging technologies.

We were honoured to welcome Shri Dilip Kumar, IAS, Director General – DGET, along with Shri Hemant, Director – DGET, to the International Automobile Centre of Excellence (iACE).
During their visit, the dignitaries explored our advanced training infrastructure, including Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Systems, Automotive Diagnostics, Welding, and Manufacturing labs. The interaction with trainees and faculty provided valuable insights into our competency-based, industry-aligned training approach.

The visit highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between industry requirements and skill development. The officials appreciated iACE’s efforts in delivering employability-focused programs and integrating advanced technologies such as simulators and emerging mobility solutions.

The visit concluded with insightful discussions on future collaborations and expanding the reach of skill development initiatives across the country.

The International Automobile Centre of Excellence (iACE), was pleased to host senior leadership from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) during their recent visit to Ahmedabad.

The delegation included Thirulogachander S, Global Delivery Head – Industrial Autonomy & Engineering Unit, and Lakshman Prakash M P, Head – Human Resources.

Our leadership team facilitated a detailed campus walkthrough, showcasing iACE’s advanced infrastructure, labs, and training ecosystem. This was followed by a constructive discussion exploring opportunities for long-term collaboration, particularly in enabling large-scale training and capability development initiatives.

We look forward to strengthening this engagement and building impactful industry–academia partnerships.
