Vivek Industries is registered with IMDS. The IMDS is the automotive industry material data system. It is a joint development of Audi, BMW, DaimlerChrysler, Ford, Opel, Porsche, VW and the Swedish firm Volvo. In the IMDS, all materials used for car manufacture are archived and maintained. In this way is it possible to meet the obligations placed on car manufacturers and their suppliers by national and international standards, laws and regulations. QUALITY
The quality of our final products starts with raw materials. Major suppliers are subjected to on site audits by our quality and purchasing personnel and must supply lot to lot test data and regular statistical summaries. From there, quality control continues. Using statistical process control methods and computer analysis, we perform quality checks of products and equipment throughout the manufacturing process operator controlled SPC is used wherever possible. We monitor every thing precisely before, during and after the manufacturing process. Nothing is shipped unless it meets our rigorous requirements. Many of our automotive and industry customers have audited our facility and procedures. We have received excellent ratings.
