We're looking for a results-driven Service Manager to oversee our service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and supervise the service team, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Develop and implement effective service strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
