ASDC Opens a New Chapter in Industry-Led Skill Development
We are delighted to share the successful inauguration of the SKH Centre of Excellence for Robotic Welding at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, on 22 July 2026.
Established as a CSR initiative of SKH Group in collaboration with the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC), the Centre aims to bridge the gap between industry requirements and workforce capabilities by providing advanced robotic welding simulation training, industry-aligned certification, placement support, and career opportunities for aspiring youth.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of -

Mr. Vijay Yadav - Chief Industrial Relations Officer, SKH Group
A special highlight of the event was the Convocation Ceremony, where our two batches of trainees were felicitated for successfully completing their training, earning industry-recognised certification, and securing placement opportunities - marking the beginning of their professional journey.
The Centre is dedicated to developing a future-ready workforce for India’s automotive manufacturing sector through technology-driven, hands-on learning using advanced robotic welding simulation systems.
Together, we are not just creating skilled professionals - we are shaping the future of manufacturing.
