Hello Ola Owners Community! 👋🏻

We've noticed a recent change that Ola Electric is no longer offering free Roadside Assistance (RSA) to the nearest service center for cases covered under warranty, and customers are being charged ₹2999 including GST. This is not being charged upfront but you have to accept the charge and they will include it in the final bill after vehicle repair.

Previously, this was a free service, but now it is not. While we strongly disagree with this significant change, unfortunately, there's little we can do except to inform you of different alternatives.

Some alternatives are:

1. Choose Ola's Care+ plan, but note that RSA will only be activated after a 7-day cooldown period.

2. Consider RSA plans on PhonePe, offered in collaboration with Global Assure, with weekly plans starting from ₹25. (Free towing upto 25km)

3. Opt for RSA under your vehicle insurance coverage.

4. Check if you have RSA coverage in your credit cards, some offers free RSA like IDFC First Bank.

5. Book Rapido, Uber, Ola bike taxis and enquire if they are ready to push your scooter to nearest sc. (Only if handle is unlocked)
