Skoda laura 2.0 tdi pd engine:
Breakdown near sriperumbadur

The fuel pump has failed & metal shreds where found while removing cut off solenoid.

Works done onsite :
✔️high pressure fuel pump replaced
✔️common rail flushed , dismantled & cleaned
✔️fuel injectors removed ,serviced & reinstalled
✔️fuel filter replaced
✔️fuel lift pump flushed
✔️fuel lines & fuel tank flushed
✔️new fuel filled

The car was repaired onsite within 8 hours and the car was back on road towards its hometown.

1. Coolant leak from engine block exit fl**ge
2. MIL on - (secondary coolant pump circuit open)

Works done:-
✔️Exit fl**ge removed & crack confirmed.
✔️Temperature sensor checked and cleanedM
✔️ New o-ring for temp sensor.
✔️ New antifreeze exit fl**ge with gasket installed.
✔️ VW g13 coolant replaced.
✔️VW oe secondary coolant pump replaced.
