Some rides are about the roads. Today was about the places they lead to.

From the towering Buddha overlooking Langza to the world’s highest motorable village of Komic, and the legendary post office of Hikkim, Day 4 was a journey through some of the most extraordinary corners of Spiti.

The roads were rough, the altitude was unforgiving, but the views made every challenge worthwhile. Vast landscapes, endless skies, and a silence that only the mountains can offer.

Today wasn’t measured in kilometres.
It was measured in moments.

Day 3 | Nako ➝ Kaza 🏔️

Today, we didn’t just ride through Spiti—we rode through its soul.

Ancient monasteries standing tall against the test of time, endless stretches of barren mountains, and roads that felt like they were carved straight into the landscape. From the mysterious village of Gue to the timeless beauty of Tabo and the dramatic cliffs of Dhankar, every stop carried centuries of stories.

The roads became rougher, the air thinner, and the scenery more surreal.

By the time we rolled into Kaza, one thing was certain—Spiti isn’t just a destination, it’s a feeling.

As the roads narrowed and the mountains grew taller, the ride began to reveal the true character of the Himalayas.

From the lush beauty of Sangla Valley to the rugged landscapes of Kinnaur, every turn brought a new challenge and a new view. Crossing Khab Sangam, where the Spiti and Sutlej rivers meet, reminded us how small we are in the presence of nature’s grandeur.

The air got thinner, the terrain got tougher, and the adventure got real.

The engines came alive before sunrise, carrying us away from the familiar and towards the extraordinary.

From the winding roads of Shimla and Narkanda to the mighty Karcham Dam and the breathtaking Baspa Valley, every kilometre felt like a reminder of why we ride. Long hours in the saddle, changing landscapes, and endless mountain views—Day 1 wasn’t just about reaching Sangla, it was about leaving the ordinary behind.

The mountains have welcomed us.
