The Ford Figo 1.5 TDCi — taken further than anyone in India has ever pushed this engine. No fueling mods. No shortcuts. Just months of R&D, countless long nights, and 2 full days perfecting the map on the dyno!
This is probably the only 1.5 TDCi in the country doing these numbers!
We’ve got all the charts Stock and Stage 3 be it Crank or Wheel and SAE corrected or uncorrected for everyone to see what they prefer be it either the charts or the delta ;)

Stage 3 development done right 👇

This Jetta MK6 2.0 TDI Manual wasn’t just flashed and sent out — it went through a full road + dyno development cycle.

We started with multiple calibration revisions, testing each map extensively on the road under real-world load conditions. Every run was backed by data logging, monitoring critical parameters like boost control, EGTs, rail pressure, torque request vs delivery, and overall drivability.

Once we narrowed down the strongest and safest calibration, the car was brought onto the dyno for controlled validation and fine tuning — ensuring consistency, repeatability, and optimal power delivery across the rev range.

The result?
A properly developed Stage 3 setup pushing:
• 246.6 WHP / 539.5 WNM (RD Dyno)
• 252.4 WHP / 530.2 WNM (DynoMax)
• 283 HP (Crank)
1/4th Mile - 14.56 Secs ( Full weight , old tyres and hardly any traction that too on a manual! )

All of this on:
✔️ Stock fueling
✔️ Stock engine
✔️ Stock gearbox
✔️ CR177 Hybrid setup

This is very likely one of the highest performing Jetta 2.0 TDI setups on stock fueling and drivetrain — achieved without compromising reliability.

The Hyundai i20 Nline has become a staple in the hot hatch market in India and we’re no strangers when it comes to developing some super solid Calibrations for these New generation Hyundai Powertrains.

Courtney of we had a test car and tons of time on the dyno to test multiple revision and data log all the maps thoroughly to extract the best possible output from the 1.0 TGDi.

The results were absolutely killer when compared to the Stock power levels!

0-100 - 8.21 seconds
1/4th mile - 15.86 Seconds

On the RaceDynamics Dyno at FRK Racing the car made the following figures :-
Stock :- 100.1 WHP & 184.8 WNM
Stage 1 :- 132.3 WHP & 273.4 WNM

That’s a solid gain of 32.2 HP & 88.6 NM over stock at the wheel!

We also loaded the car onto a DynoMax Dyno at Speedworks and the car made the following figures :-

Stage 1 :- 157.3 HP ( 143.9WHP ) & 239.4 WNM

Thanks to wizardry magic we are able to achieve Stage 2 figures with just a Stage 1 remap and no hardware changes at all!

Wolf Stage 2 dyno run puts out 145 hp / 268 nm at crank.
Base run of standard i20 NLine puts out 119 hp / 200 nm.

We have continued our development work on the Hyundai i20 NLine 1.0L TGDi platform. We started with our present state of tune. Lots more effort was spent on the ECU calibration, in order to optimize the performance, by working on this DI (TGDi) engines thermal dependencies with respect to other tuning variables. Based on the previous logs and dyno runs, we started with calibration considering vehicle's specific pain points, while also maintaining safety features to ensure reliability. We also noticed that on extended power runs some cars are more sensitive and see temps spike which is higher than what it should be. Hence, we have revised the tune to change boost levels vis-a-vis intake and exhaust temps which should definitely helps to keep things safe.

Our revised torque modelling strategy is more PID sensitive which helps to effectively control turbo wastegate under high boost conditions and this inturn helps to hold steady boost without unwanted boost spikes. AFR calibration on the high octane tune is kept relatively conservative at peak loads and fairly closer to stock tune through most of the rpm range at low loads. In low load and cruising areas AFRs are at near stoich levels with enrichment kicking in based on revised calibration for torque request vis-a-vis load, RPM and vital temperatures.

Air flow parameters including peak boost and intake temps have close correlation to fuel octane rating , AFRs and ignition timing and hence our calibration keeps a fine balance between them while also managing heat effectively. Our calibrators also ensure that knock sensitivity index is kept at OEM levels to keep the engine safe. This beautiful Skoda Yeti 2.0 TDI MT in for our Stage 3 Package!
A perfect package for people looking to get the most out of their 2.0 TDI while still being well under the safety limits!

We installed a Front Mounted Garrett Intercooler with our custom plumbing along with a Garrett GT1549 Turbocharger and a turbo muffler delete! The car was already running a Downpipe and a filter so we only had to install our custom low decibel performance muffler!

We also installed a 312 MM BBK with Brembo Xtra Drilled Rotors and Brembo Xtra Pads! While the car already was running Bilstein B6 shock absorbers they were 50mm but the Hub assembly required for the BBK was a 55mm so we fabricated a custom 50-55MM converter sleeve for the shocks as well!

Now the yeti looks the part and drives the part too!
