First and foremost, I want to thank you for your continued trust and support in my tuning services. It has always been my priority to deliver the best possible service and the highest quality tunes to each of you.
Recently, due to the ongoing conflict in our area, I’ve faced significant challenges that have affected my ability to manage and respond to all of your messages and tuning requests. For the past 2-3 months, the situation has been difficult, and I haven’t been able to provide the level of service you deserve. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However, I am pleased to share that things have started to improve, and I am hopeful that peace will return to our region soon. In the meantime, I’ve taken steps to ensure that I can better serve you moving forward .
I have created an online tuning platform designed to streamline requests and communication. This platform will help me stay organized and continue to provide the top-notch service you’ve come to expect from me. You can access the platform at https://login.hlcperformance.com
Here’s how to use it:
1. Visit https://login.hlcperformance.com
2. Create an account or log in if you already have one.
3. Fill out the tuning request form with the required details.
4. Submit your request, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Additionally, BMW Remote Services, including flashing and coding, can now be requested through the portal. Instructions for MHD, Bootmod3 (BM3), and MG Flasher are also provided.
I encourage you to use this platform for all future tuning requests, as it will allow me to respond more efficiently and effectively.
