These new road safety requirements, introduced by Minister for Transport Darragh O'Brien and Minister of State with responsibility for Road Safety Seán Canney, are designed to help reduce the number of serious injuries and fatalities associated with e-scooter use.

Whether you're travelling by e-scooter, bicycle, motorcycle or car, road safety is a shared responsibility.

🚨 This is why you should always leave structural repairs to the professionals. 🚨

This vehicle came into our workshop after failing its NCT, and instead of being repaired properly, someone had filled sections of the chassis with expanding foam.

Not only does this provide no structural strength, but it also creates a serious fire hazard when welding is required.

A cheap shortcut can end up costing far more in the long run—and more importantly, it can compromise your safety.

If your vehicle has failed the NCT due to corrosion, make sure it's repaired properly by qualified professionals.
