Who we are?
All Spares Eire is a growing Omni-Channel Retailer of Motorcycle, ATV, Power Equipment parts and accessories to customers throughout Europe located in Gorey, Co Wexford. We utilise 3rd Party Marketplaces such as Ebay, Amazon, Adverts & more with websites currently in development. Direct sales are also made via phone, email and over the counter.
We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organized Parts and E-commerce Associate to join our team. As a Parts and E-commerce Associate, you will play a critical role in making available and helping our customers find the parts and accessories they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and assist them in finding the right parts for their Motorcycle, UTV, ATV, Garden Equipment or other needs using -- - Manufacturer part fiches and supplier catalogues.
- Responding to customer inquiries via our CRM system such as shipping queries, fitment confirmation, returns, etc.
- Pick, package, and ship (domestic and international) parts & accessories throughout Europe while ensuring order accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain stock levels & ship to our 3rd party Fulfilment Centres such as Amazon FBA.
- Receive and put away incoming stock utilising our Inventory Management Software, ensuring all products are stored in the correct bin locations.
- Continuously update your knowledge of the latest products and technologies in our industry.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities for new products or product improvements, reach out to and advise potential customers via Facebook groups, forums etc.
Required Qualifications and Education
- Strong Computer skills with a knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, -Email and Online Ordering will be essential for this role.
- Knowledge of Motorcycle, ATV & Garden Equipment industry or a genuine interest in one of these areas strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is desired but not necessary. We are committed to providing training and development for all employees to build their professional experience and capabilities.
- Experience with ecommerce and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay & Facebook preferred but not essential.
- Strong level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional level of accuracy, and acute attention to detail in all areas of responsibilities.
What We’ll Provide:
- €12 to €16 per hour depending on experience.
