๐Ÿ“It's because keeping the weight off requires change in mindset and habits.

Which habits do these successful dieters have in common?
๐Ÿ‘‰ They eat similar foods most days
Minimising the selection of foods you eat will provide you with more structure and ease with which to decide what to have. Keep consistent meal times and avoid erratic snacking.

๐Ÿ‘‰ They know what they eat
Keep awareness of what and how much is going in your mouth. Consciously think about the outcome of your food choices and plan ahead.
Things don't always go as planned, but some planning beats none, and it reduces the chances that you "accidentally" eat a take-away pizza.

Be consistent with your training and make exercise a priority. Keep active outside of the gym too.
