We move premises late 2014 early 2015 to a larger unit in Milltown Co. Galway to deal with the large volume of work. We repair a wide range of vehicles from bikes, cars, vans, lorries, trailers to plant machinery and more. So last week we had a shock when we received a call to invite us up to the auto expo show in the rds and that we won best commercial vehicle bodyshop in connacht and ulster. Absolutely thrilled with it and we had a great day out aswell. Meeting new people and seeing some new tools and products, we even got to buy a few bits. I was asked twice that weekend why we don't update our page, and we are just simply too busy but we do update our Snapchat very regularly if you wish to follow us. I'll attach a few pictures below of the award and some recent work we have done. Thanks to everyone for the nomination and votes we really do appreciate it.

That's it folks another year done and dusted. We had a very busy year again throughout thanks to everyone for the work. Hope each and everyone of ye had a good Christmas and as we ring in the new year this evening I'd like to wish you all a happy new year. Next year is sizing up to be a busy year again and with holding off bookings for the last 4 months we are reopening bookings from the 3rd of January. With contract work signed for next year, dates will be limited but we will do our best to accommodate our regular customers.

With tomorrow been our last day this year. We would like to thank everyone that gave us work this year from the small jobs to big jobs ye kept us on our toes all year especially the last few months have been just mental. Sorry to anyone we haven't called back this year unfortunately with things been so busy it had slipped our mind. Happy Christmas and a happy new year. Here is a unusual one we got asked to do. A pair of giant wellies from the land of the giants in Claremorris. As you can see they had bad damage and what we thought might have been a small challenge turned into a big job but we got there in the end. We used fibreglass matt to put it back together and reinforced them. We decided to spice it up by putting some metal flake in the clear. And they really pop in the sun light. If you have never heard or been to the place it's well worth a visit.

Here is one we don't see to often is this amazing transformation on the S-way. It came off the boat and arrived to us at 12 midday on a Tuesday and we jumped on it straight away stripping off the bits that we needed to get primed.
Tuesday evening we had all the texture plastic sanded and primed.
Wednesday finished stripping the rest of the parts on the lorry and sanded all the parts and painted them that evening.
Thursday we painted the hubs and the steps into the cab along with a clear coat to give them a bit more protection.
Friday we started the refitting and painting the two blues on the grills and trims.
Saturday we where still refitting but manage to get it all finished for lunch time.
Well done to our team as they really put a huge effort into getting this job out the door on such short time as it had to get the boat on Saturday evening and be ready for work Monday morning

Here is a new lorry we painted for Glynns transport recently. Very distinctive looking lorry with the way its done. Padraic Glynn came up with the design and we help tweak it to fit on their 1st new generation scania they bought last year, its a design that had to look like his other lorries but still fit well with the body lines on the S series cab. People are always asking why we don't post on Facebook anymore? It's because we post most our work on Snapchat and we are just so busy trying to keep our regular customers happy we dont be advertising for new work. Sometimes we can squeeze in new customers, I'd love to be able to do every job we are asked to do but Sometimes you just have to say no. So here we go we will post one a week between now and Xmas.
