NOS special full doma pipe
NOS gmx radiator

All genuine hoses cleaned up with genuine Yamaha hoses clips that Iv kept from low hour breakers

Few more jobs carried out on little 2002 cr80
Forks fully serviced using all genuine showa parts
Axle brackets v***r blasted

Rear Brake assembly blasted with new clips , pads are fine so re using those ! all sliding pins greased new fluid

Few jobs carried out 2002 CR 80
Clamps v***r blasted and new bearings fitted new shells fitted to frame
New air filter

Wheels were in really good shape so managed to save the rims and spokes , good clean and new Dunlop mx34 tyres fitted and renthal sprocket

2020 YZ 250 2 stroke in for full over haul and revalve for riders requirements
Using skf seals and bushes and some k tech service parts all changed lower shock bearing with genuine kyb parts

2026 TM 125 EN forks in for full over haul using skf seals a bushes

2003 Honda cr 250 showa front forks full over haul using skf seals a bushes

2026 ktm 300 EN WP cone valve forks full over haul and rear shock fully serviced, full over haul using skf seals a bushes and k tech service parts

2019 Yamaha yzf 450 front forks over haul and stanchion replaced , full over haul using skf seals a bushes

All replaced swing arm bearings and full linkage bearings

My son and I have decided to restore this little 2002 CR80 , it’s a really good clean base! going to try a save as much as possible without replacing bits and keeping the cost down

Here is what we have done so far …
Frame blasted and powder coated
Main bolts and hard ware stripped and zink plated
Swing arm taped and blasted cast areas doesn’t really require any sanding
All bearings in arm and linkage replaced

TE 300 in for 2 stanchions and full over haul we used 2 used tubes (fraction of the price that you would pay from direct from WP) skf seals and bushes and new adjusters on both forks

2015 sx 250 ohlins forks full service skf seals and bushes

2017 WR 450 forks full service skf seals and bushes

Full set of ktm 65 full over haul
