A MESSAGE TO ALL PARENTS & STUDENTS

Here at Dolans Centra, we want to make sure our local students know that they always have somewhere safe to go if something unexpected happens while they are making their way home from school.

Sometimes plans donโ€™t go as expected โ€” you might miss your bus, your phone battery might die, your lift could be delayed, or you simply find yourself unsure of where to wait safely.
If this happens, please know that Dolans Centra is here for you. ๐Ÿ’™

Our shop is a safe, welcoming place where students can come inside, speak to a member of our staff and wait safely until their parent, guardian or another trusted adult arrives to collect them.

Our staff are always happy to help where we can. Whether you need to make a phone call, need a little assistance, or simply need somewhere safe and warm to wait, please come in and let us know what has happened.

We would really encourage parents to talk to their children about this and make them aware that they do not have to wait alone or be worried if something goes wrong.

If your child misses their bus, their phone dies, or they are delayed for any reason, please remind them:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Speak to a member of staff.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Let us know what has happened.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Wait safely inside until you are collected.

We are proud to be part of our local community, and looking after our younger members is something we take seriously. While we cannot replace a parent or guardian, we can provide a safe place to wait and a friendly face to turn to when they need help.

So parents, please share this with your children and let them know:
