Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued loyalty and trust in Ennis Windscreen & Exhaust Centre Ltd and Kelly's Garage, Carmody Street, Ennis, Co. Clare during these uncertain times.

We are continuously monitoring the evolving circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and finding solutions to avoid service disruption where possible.

Our highest priority is to maintain the health and safety of our customers and employees, while meeting our service commitments.

We have implemented a range of measures in line with HSE and Government guidelines to minimise the risks for customers and employees.

These include:

Encouraging employees to familiarise themselves with information on COVID-19, and to consult with management immediately if they feel unwell.

Informing employees about its symptoms and methods of prevention and detection; in particular, reminding employees of good hygiene practices such as regular hand washing, use of hand sanitiser, use of sanitary wipes on vehicles before and after work carried out, use of protective clothing, disposable gloves and strict adherence to our social distancing guidelines.

Providing a mobile call-out service to where your vehicle is located as well as a vehicle pick-up and drop-off service to and from where your vehicle is located, either at your home or place of work.

Advising against all non-essential contact. For broken glass claims, all insurance companies are billed directly so no payment is necessary.
Customers are no longer obliged to sign for any work that is completed. This is done electronically.

All payments for non-insurance claim work may be made by credit/debit card to minimise contact and the handling of cash.
