Administrative Support – Motor Trade (Flexible Hours)
I’m looking for a reliable, organised person to take care of the day-to-day paperwork and admin in a busy motor trade business.
I will handle the sales.
This role handles everything that happens after a sale and all ongoing admin.
What the role involves
• Preparing sales invoices
• Completing warranty paperwork
• Handling the full admin side of vehicle sales
• Organising paperwork for vehicle imports
• Reading and managing emails properly (shipping, suppliers, parts, accounts)
• Ordering parts and chasing suppliers
• Making sure bills are received, checked, and paid
• Opening and dealing with post / letters
• Keeping clear, accurate records and simple spreadsheets
• Making sure nothing is missed or left unfinished
If it involves paperwork, forms, emails, invoices, or the computer, this role looks after it.
Vehicle listings (training provided)
• Taking clear, consistent photos of vehicles
• Writing and uploading vehicle advertisements using a simple template
• Keeping listings up to date as vehicles sell or arrive
Training will be provided for this — no prior experience needed.

Hours / flexibility
This role is flexible:

• 4–5 days per week
• Hours can work around school runs or family commitments
(for example: 9am–4pm, 10am–3pm, etc.)
