Email from RSA today regarding EDT lessons ..Level 5 restrictions remain in place. No
EDT lessons allowed..only pre test for people with a test date confirmed..hopefully we will be able to continue soon..

As regards to the increase of new cases of Covid 19 to date..I as a driving instructor/School know how difficult it has been for all our young /older/ people over the last 6 months ..
Coping with difficulties ie Lockdown.. School / Leaving Cert. Indeed meeting up with friends / Family/ Holidays abandoned associated with this disease... To our young or anyone learning to drive especially those waiting on driving tests or indeed resuming driving lessons after long periods of time away from driving its difficult ...However in order to get back behind the wheel and go on to passing your driving test and keeping RSA offices open until we come out the other side of this pandemic..
There is a few guidelines we have to follow to keep everyone safe..
Contact tracing .
Temperature control
Car Cleanliness
Good
Hand hygiene /
Cough / Sneezing Etiquette ..
Wearing Facecovering/Mask
Covid 19 Declaration
We all have our part to play to control this disease from spreading ...Last thing we need is another Lockdown .
Nothing is gonna be like it was before this pandemic . Few things will/ have changed in our daily lives including the way we work/ the way we learn...
So in order to remain open and continue to do what I love best and have done for 29 years I pray everyone will play their part in following all Health and Safety guidelines no matter what we plan on doing over the next few months..
Keep safe and keep well..Think before you make any decisions.. We Together can beat this .
