After William replaced the radiator on the 2001 Suzuki GSX-R 600 with a new one (the old one was leaking), a problem arose: the coolant was boiling at just 66 degrees.

Replacing the coolant temperature sensor, topping up the system, and bleeding it solved the problem 😉

Unfortunately, the engine wouldn't run right with the carburetor it had (a new one); but after buying a genuine Honda unit and replacing the linkages—problem solved, and it runs like a dream now. 🤗

A 1998 Suzuki Bandit 600 that had been sitting idle for a long time.
Unfortunately, the carburetors required cleaning and repair, followed by synchronization.
To make matters worse, after cleaning the fuel tank, we discovered it was riddled with holes—like Swiss cheese—so we bought a used one in excellent condition.
The oil and oil filter were replaced; a significant amount of fuel had leaked into the engine oil due to the faulty carburetors.
