We are very proud to announce a major milestone in the yacht charter industry not only for Croatia. LUXURY SAILING is the first charter company in the world to offer clients the skippered and crewed FAIRCHARTER contract from Yacht-Pool International. This globally standardized framework brings a new level of transparency, balance and trust between clients and charter operators with support of ICOMIA and EBI.
In close cooperation with Yacht-Pool International, our team has actively contributed to the development of this contract by providing reviews and practical recommendations based on more than 10 years of professional experience in crewed charter operations. This ensures that FAIRCHARTER is not only legally sound, but also truly aligned with real-world charter practice.
With skippered and crewed FAIRCHARTER contract, our clients benefit from clearly defined responsibilities, fair compensation rules, and enhanced legal protection. It reflects a modern approach where professional skippers carry navigational responsibility, while clients can fully relax and enjoy their holiday experience.
