When we say " We use only fire-resistant resin", we really mean it!
-on the left: polyester resin
-in the middle: BW resin
-on the right: epoxy resin

Each sample is made from 3x450g fabric and exposed to open flame temperature around 800 degree celsius.
Either you order a body kit or a full build, BW resin is the material we use in production on all parts, even the smallest ones.

SPEEDSTER REPLICA WIRING

Our replicas deserve only the best. That's why we develop the BW electrical system — a complete, purpose-built wiring installation designed exclusively for Speedster replicas. No more extending wires, trying to install VW Beetle wiring into a car that isn't one.
Our system is developed and manufactured to automotive standards using only the best components. Modern style fuse boxes as standard with beautiful housing designed specially for them.A main automatic fuse for easy system disconnection during the winter period. Relays, an assortment of extra wires, heat-shrinking tubes, and terminal connectors included.
10mm wire for starter, 6mm wire for selenoid.
40 pcs of special cable tie holders, designed and developed for gluing onto fiberglass or any other composite material. Once you glue it, it will never fall off.
If you're building your own replica - you need this set.
If you have an older replica-you need this set.
It can be preassembled.
It can be ordered as a full set, with switches, ignition lock, instruments... everything preassembled.

SPEEDSTER REPLICA BODY

Complete speedster body, standard and widebody versions. made from special, fire-resistant materials, with a TUV certificate according to EC-R 118 norm. ( mandatory in the EU from 2024). Comes with doors and hoods hinged and adjusted. Steel subframe 3mm thick, permanently bonded to the body as standard.
All hinges are custom-designed in-house. The front and rear hinges are made of steel, laser-cut, and the door hinges are milled from aluminium and anodized.
Extremely high build quality, our bodies are, on average, 30-40% heavier and almost 90% stronger than others, to meet TUV fracture test requirements.
Can be delivered with all holes drilled or painted if requested.
Made to order, 4-5 weeks delivery time.
We can supply absolutely everything else for a DIY project.
