這部車的誕生，源自客戶對「性能」與「傳承」的雙重夢想。設計團隊以 1970 年代傳奇 935 賽車與 930 Flachbau 為靈感，移除經典蛙眼圓燈，換上低風阻的楔形車頭與超薄矩形燈具，塑造出極具辨識度的 斜鼻造型。

為了追求極限輕量化，工程師耗時三年，拆除了中央螢幕、音響系統、隔音材質與多餘線束，比原本配有 Weissach 套件的 GT2 RS 再減輕約 31.6 公斤。尾翼則借鏡 911 GT3 R Rennsport 的設計，最高時速下可產生 554 公斤下壓力，確保賽道表現凌厲。

At the 2026 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance during Monterey Car Week, Porsche unveiled a truly unique creation — the Flachbau RS. Developed by Porsche Sonderwunsch together with Manthey and Porsche Motorsport, this one‑of‑one street‑legal Slantnose supercar is based on the 991.2‑generation 911 GT2 RS.

Its story began with a customer’s dual dream: to push performance even further while honoring Porsche’s racing heritage. Inspired by the legendary 935 of the 1970s and the iconic 930 Flachbau, the design team removed the classic round headlights, replacing them with a low‑drag wedge nose and ultra‑slim rectangular lamps — creating a striking slantnose silhouette.

To achieve extreme lightweight construction, engineers spent three years removing the central display, audio system, insulation, and excess wiring, cutting an additional 31.6 kg compared to the Weissach‑equipped GT2 RS. The rear wing, inspired by the 911 GT3 R Rennsport, delivers up to 554 kg of downforce at top speed, ensuring uncompromising track performance.

Power remains with the 3.8‑liter twin‑turbo flat‑six engine, producing 700 hp, paired with a 7‑speed PDK dual‑clutch transmission and rear‑wheel drive. Despite its radical motorsport‑inspired aerodynamics, the Flachbau RS is fully homologated for European roads.
