又一位对BKS泰国公司感到满意的客户

几周前，BG在泰国的新公司：BKS Technik (Thailand) Ltd. 正式启用了我们位于曼谷旗舰店的全新技术中心。

借助全新的 DIMSPORT 测功机以及 DIMSPORT 的 Genisus ECU 重写和刷新设备，

我们成功地将雅马哈 R9 调校至客户记录的最佳性能水平，客户随后推荐他的骑行伙伴也来找我们进行调校。

他的新 BMW S1000RR 也找了我们。

经过我们工程师三天的精细调校，以及在测功机上使用不同版本的 ECU 映射进行多次测试后，我们成功地将这辆摩托车的原始功率（189 马力/109.8 扭矩）提升至惊人的调校后功率（119.7 马力/115.6 扭矩）。

最重要的问题是，正如测功机图表所示，原厂的功率和扭矩输出曲线非常不平整，低转速区间存在一些波动。导致油门难以控制。

经过调校后，这辆摩托车在 4000 至 14000 转/分的转速范围内都拥有更强劲的动力和扭矩输出。油门响应迅捷，动力输出平稳，直至 14000 转/分。

许多运动摩托车爱好者认为加装赛车排气管可以提升摩托车的性能，但实际上，使用全段排气系统会显著影响发动机的背压，导致未燃烧的空燃混合气。

排气管内部的二次点火会产生巨大的砰砰声和回火声。

同时，低转速和中转速区间的动力损失也会相当明显，使摩托车难以操控，并导致油耗过高。

经过精细调校的发动机不仅能在整个转速范围内提供更大的动力/扭矩，还能使油门响应更加平顺。使摩托车更容易操控，同时燃油利用率更高，从而降低油耗。
