Dear everyone, I'm Maria and with my husband Angelos and our family , we own Euroalfa car rentals in Zakynthos.
As everyone can read at our site www.euroalfarentals.gr , we hire cars and we offer full insurance without excess amount (to most of our cars).
And we're keeping this for about 25 years now...
But when every single customer picks up her/his car, we explain to her/him and it's already written on the rental agreement and marked with bright colour that
In case of any damage, please don't move the car and call us.
Our phone numbers are on the top of the rental agreement also marked with bright colour and there're stickers on the car with them, too...
We ask to call for a very important reason. You call-insurance will pay! Insurance will send a person who will take photos of the damage, complete damage report, ask driver's details and rental agreement and that's all!
But unfortunately, special this summer, lots of customers made damages ( smaller or deepest scratches or whatever), didn't let us know by a call like they had to do and usually drop off their car at the airport and left...
In this case, insurance will not pay the damages as rules aren't kept (from customer's side), damages must be repaired and someone has to pay for them... unfortunately...
And EuroAlfa isn't the one which not keep the rules.
Our regular customers know us very well...
So, PLEASE
In case of any damage, please don't move the car and call us!
So simple, so easy!!
Please keep the rules like we do!!!
Otherwise don't play with words and don't say lies!
PS Happily there're also customers who contacted us after drop off the car with damage and explained what's happened and they asked us to pay for the damage and it's really appreciated that there're people like them!
